Eating Healthy

Achild's eating habits and wait can adversly affect his or her health later in life.
The number of children who are over wait or obese is increasing at an alarming rate. 
These kids are at much higher risk for developing high blood preasure, heart disease, and, type to diabetes.
Kids between the ages of 5 to 10 years epically need between 1500 and 2000 Reese per day I am a variety of healthy food
